Ahead of their performance in Peru, the boys of JYJ are receiving a lot of press in the local area.

A Peruvian news program Frecuencia Latina ‘Punto Final’ introduced the boys for ten minutes straight, talking about the level of fame they have in Korea.

The program is one that airs every Sunday, delivering news regarding politics, economics, entertainment, and more. The anchor remarked, “JYJ’s influence continues to grow by the day. Both online and off, their fame and popularity is explosive.”

Furthermore, the boys’ concert was also advertised on an influential local media source, El comercio.

Their agency CJES Entertainment remarked, “All 5,000 tickets sold out in a matter of two days. The fans that could not get their hands on a ticket did not stop calling to ask for more seats, and we are even considering adding about a thousand more.”

JYJ’s concert in Peru will take place on March 11th.

This was an advertisement placed by a U-know Yunho Chinese fansite in celebration of Yunho’s birthday on 6 Feb, in Myeong-dong subway station, at the platform headed towards Danggogae.

As previous reports have suggested, the members of JYJ possess the fastest cars out of all the idols in the industry.

JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong drives a sporty Italian Lamborghini Murciélago. His LP-640 model in particular is a 12-cylinder vehicle which boasts a 6.5 liter engine that produces 640 horsepower. It goes from 0 to 60 in an impressive 3.4 seconds and rides as fast as 205 mph. Estimated price in Korea for this vehicle is around $445,000 USD.

Kim Junsu‘s ride also accelerates to 60 mph in a matter of 3.4 seconds. He drives a Ferrari ‘458 Italia‘, whose 8-cylinder, 4.5 liter engine produces 570 horsepower. It drives as fast as 200 mph, and the starting price for this Italian stallion is $337,000.

Fellow member Park Yoochun also drives a Ferrari. His ‘California‘ is a 4-seater convertible which boasts a 8-cylinder, 4.3 liter engine that produces 460 horsepower. It accelerates from 0 to 60 in 4 seconds, and drives as fast as 192 mph. Starting price is $311,000.

Starting from today, there will be three days of lives at the Nagoya ・ Nippon Gaishi Hall!

The happenings of the first day. As the rehearsals ended without incident, suddenly the Happy Birthday tune sounded, and a congratulatory message for the staff born in January the monitors at the back of the stage. A cake was brought out as well, and after the candles were put out, Yunho and Changmin ran forward with cake in their hands and went to one staff member…. The staff that they flung the cake at was covered in fresh cream. (Laughs)

Also, at the waiting rooms, while there has always been delicious hot food being catered, today, the staff prepared Hitsumabushi which the members love, for them!

The casting for the new SBS drama "Rooftop Prince" is finalized with JYJ's Park Yoo Chun, Han Ji Min, Lee Tae Sung and Jung Yoo Mi.

"Rooftop Prince" is a historical/fusion/contemporary drama about a crown prince (Park Yoo Chun) traveling ahead 300 years along with his servants to meet his lost crown princess (Park Ji Min). The concept is said to be similar to "Thousand Years of Love," which aired in 2003 and starred So Ji Sup and Sung Yuri.

Currently, the female lead Han Ji Min is finishing up the JTBC drama, "Padam Padam." She will be taking a short break before starting the filming for "Rooftop Prince." Park Yoo Chun will be taking on the challenge for this drama after a successful run with "Sungkyunkwan Scandal" in 2010 and "Miss Ripley" in 2011.

The supporting male lead, Lee Tae Sung is currently playing Lee Bo Young's lover in MBC's "Hooray For Love" and is receiving a lot of love. Jung Yoo Mi received a lot of love for her role in "Thousand Days' Promise" as well.

"Rooftop Prince" will be airing on March 14, after "Take Care Of Us Captain" ends.

This incident was RT a lot in weibo and I didn’t expected this news to be catching everyone’s attention… I was too elated that I lost myself, but didn’t expect that everyone is the same excited. Thus I would like to detail it out.

This is actually my LA trip before my university in New York begin and it was my 2nd day in LA. My friend had wanted to bring me to Beverly Hills to shop and walk around. I felt that all these happened in a fantasy. As I was still wondering if I would meet any artistes in Beverly Hills, silently imagining… (Actually the images in my head were all the western artistes.) Really didn’t expect to have such a coincidental incident after my meal while walking on the streets.

Actually there were numerous who passed by me but as there were not much people plus it is a weekend and thus not much people who are walking around. I was basically sightseeing and chit-chatting with my friend. Just then when I look up, I saw two guys walking towards us and was to pass by us. I automatically switched my attention to a guy in black and was wearing a black hat, then I immediately saw his stubble… then the whole face… then when I saw Park Yoochun, I was not reacting yet, just felt that this guy is so good looking and looked very familiar. Then I switched my focus on the guy next to him, it was a plump uncle carrying shopping bags. The two just passed by me like that. When the split moment when they passed by, my mind was in a blank, then I immediately said to my friend, Yoochun!!!! It’s Yoochun!!!! My friend was shocked and I was even more shocked… I even forgot about running up to him until my friend reminded me and she quickly took out her handphone and ready to take a photo.

I immediately panicked and shouted, “Chamkkanmanyo!” (Wait a moment!) (According to my friend’s narration, Yoochun immediately lowered his head and continued to walk like nothing happened, so is the manager.. the two walked on without turning back.) My friend asked me to chase up and probably it’s chance, it was red light then and they can’t crossed the road. I quickly ran over and towards their back. I actually wanted to talk to the manager first to ask him for permission to take a photo with Yoochun. But manager turned and told me in Korean that no photo taking is allowed. (I guessed it.) Then I continued to ask Yoochun, “Can I take a photo with you?” (T/N: in English) Yoochun replied in English saying no photo taking and sorry about it. Then I can’t give up… no photo-taking is fine but it should be okay with autograph right. So I said, “Can you sign for me?” (T/N: in English) Manager seems to be unwilling but after Yoochun exchanged glances with him, he said okay to me.

Just as I was searching my bag, the green light came on and we trio looked at each other and thought that “let’s talk about this on the other side of the road.” and we crossed the road. My friend caught up with us by then.

Since it’s such a rare opportunity, I have to say something to him and so while crossing the road, I told him, “I have been to your Vancouver concert.” (T/N: in English) He seems to have heard “concert” and when we reached the other side, they turned and waited for me to search my bag. My friend asked, “Can we take a photo?” Manager said no. Then my friend asked, “Sign?” They nodded. (As my friend caught up with us later so she didnt heard the part about no photo-taking.) The waiting time seems a bit long, kekeke, so Yoochun asked my friend, “Where are you from?” (T/N: in English) My friend said, “We are from Vancouver, Canada.” (T/N: in English) As we are immigrants to Vancouver and currently studying in US. They surely do know that we are Asians. My friend said again that we went to the concert in Vancouver, something like that. Nonetheless, Yoochun must have know that we did went to the concert. I was ransacking my bag for a looong while.. and I can’t find any pen or paper, not even a thing to write on. I looked at Yoochun and he seems to know and said, “I don’t have a pen too. (T/N: in English)” Then I felt so…. tragedy-like! I don’t have a pen and to think of asking for a pen from the idol himself for an autograph… My goodness… I was very regretting about it and very unhappy… I didn’t bring a pen with me. My friend then graciously said, “Nice to meet you.” (T/N: in English) Yoochun smiled to her and then they left. Awwwww, in conclusion Yoochun is very nice and approachable, and no diva feel at all.

And one small tidbit, at the beginning when crossing the road, Park Yoochun was not wearing any sunglasses and only wore it after crossing the road. Probably he didn’t expect anyone to recognise him here, kekeke… but he is really nice and I’m very happy to talk to him.

There wasn’t any make up in Yoochun today and there’s still stubble… I’m very happy to see his pure look. Very handsome face and the handsome image as before, very stylish, really like him. Hahahaha… Everyone must have love him in many ways too. Hehehe.

Just to share my coincidental incident with everyone, kekeke, love that everyone was able to feel the atmosphere with him. No pressure at all, I felt as though I met an old friend… Maybe because I have been frequently seeing their photos and videos… I was actually sitting in the 1st row in Vancouver concert and they were dancing in front of me at the stage about 1m high… thus no pressure at all. kekeke

A documentary movie, featuring JYJ’s everyday life, will officially hit theaters soon.

On January 19, JYJ’s agency, C-JeS Entertainment, said, “JYJ’s documentary will be released in theaters. The Day is a Valentine’s Day present for fans and this is a perfect version of the JYJ story.”

JYJ has been meeting their fans with a variety of contents, which include their honest stories. JYJ members wrote essays and songs and released them as a music essay, which has become a bestseller. They also held their world tour photo exhibition at a gallery in Insa-dong.

The 90 minute movie will feature the three men’s honest life, including, their everyday life, dreams, friendships, and happiness.

The agency says, “JYJ members provided audio commentary for the movie. They recently recorded the movie harmoniously with lots of laughter. Since we held a sweet fan meeting for White Day last year, JYJ will also meet their fans at several theaters in Korea for Valentine’s Day.”

JYJ says, “We are happy to release our movie for fans. When we were recording commentaries for the movie, we realized that we smile a lot. The movie features us as ourselves and our true friendship. We hope that the movie will give our fans happy and special memories.”

The Day will be released on February 9 in roughly 20 theaters in Korea.

Tickets for JYJ’s South American tour, which they will start in March, sold out in only one minute and drew a lot of attention.

They sang so many of the familiar old songs, High Time, Mirotic, Tokiwo Tomete, BREAK OUT!, Rising Sun, Summer Dream, Somebody To Love, (sorry, not in the set list order xD), in all full lyrics, all in Japanese. They have picked out all the songs from all the full 4 albums + one best album that the 5 members have released in Japan. And, today, they also have sung the songs that were recorded by the five, but left untouched, as Tokiwo Tomete and BREAK OUT! When BREAK OUT! and Tokiwo Tomete was officially released in the early days of 2009, I thought I'd never be able to hear the song live. But thanks to Yunho and Changmin, the old songs was brought back to life, and with a new taste, the songs that I love and tender so much.
I thought they should have practiced a lot, in order to sing and perfectly perform all the old songs by just the two members, and in Japanese. I was in tears. (cr: yunhosmiley)

For the solo. Please forgive me, I'm a Yunho fan, so would like to focus on just Yunho xDD
Yunho's "Honey Funny Bunny", all in Japanese lyrics, was super cool and also very cute. His costume was brown (?) velvet like jacket and pants, with a black shirt inside. Only Yunho can stylishly wear those kinds of unusual (?) design clothes xD

The dance of the HFB was so light, yet so hot. sorry, cannnot explain in english words now, my brains are still overheated and excited from all that 2 hours and 45 minutes performance xDD

I love Yunho's light brown hair color! And it was in the Japanese style, so stylish, you can really see his beautiful and handsome profile. Yunho was full of energy all through the performance, I think I saw his doya (smug looking) face about 50 times this evening xDD I was happy that I could see Yunho running around the stage, yes, the stage is where he really belongs.(cr: yunhosmiley)

Have to talk about Changmin xDD I thought Changmin's vocal skills really improved, he's really a wonderful singer! In Tokiwo Tomete, I think it was the note before the last, he extended the note, put in a long pause, and than sang the last note. (It was just like how Junsu was singing Asuwa Kurukara during the T concert.) It was so expressive, beautiful, and professional.

I think Changmin is trying to sing in a soft voice these days. I think his voice now includes a romantic spice (sorry, dunno the correct english word, too lazy now to check it up xD), which I find so charming and also relieving.(cr: yunhosmiley)

It was the first time I heard directly from their own mouth saying that the most impressive thing after they resumed their activities was the SM Town Seoul. They also thanked us for waiting for them for so long, even during the days when they could not be active. They said "Thanks to everyone, we Tohoshinki are standing here". I was happy that at last they could speak about this issue even in Japanese, because I know that they should have overcome the past enough to speak about it in a foreign language.

They were saying that they were longing to hold a live concert, and that they are happy when they are on stage. They also said they will do their best in the future, too. They are always so sincere.

Watching Yunho and Changmin perform tonight, I thought they really wanted to hold a live concert, and in order to make the dream come true, they were working hard in this one year so that they could secure a firm foothold. And tonight's performance was the completion of their works. Watching them tonight, I could see that they are firmly walking step by step on their own road.(cr: yunhosmiley)

The 1st day of TONE Yokohama→In the middle of the MC part, Changmin said “If you already have received the gratitude and love from Tohoshinki, you can go home now”. He is invincible.(cr: @emu331)

They announced their upcoming release of a new song “STILL” for March 14, 2012. They said it's a "white day" gift from Tohoshinki to fans (^^) The release date was decided today and their manager told them not to tell the audience that it was decided today. Yoochun, who showed his great potential as an actor in “Sungkyunkwan Scandal”, created a commotion with the selection of his next project “Miss Ripley.” Challenging an adult romance which is very different from his previous work, Yoochun showed delicate emotional acting, and the “making of” video clips full of talent and charm will be on sale.

Differing in appearance from the period piece “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” , Yoochun shows a more natural cool style and captures the hearts of the fans. From his mischievous ways in front of the staff and co-actors, to his nervousness as he focuses his energies before the shoot, (this video) is filled with various expressions of Yoochun that cannot be found in the actual show. Also, there are “backstage” comments from Yoochun, who speaks during the breaks in filming.
