JYJ (Kim Junsu, Park Yoochun, Kim Jaejoong)’s Kim Jaejoong has topped the Asian music charts in Germany.
According to their agency C-JeS Entertainment, ‘Mine’, the title song of Kim Jaejoong’s first solo mini album that was released on the 17th of January, topped Germany’s Asian music charts for the month of February.
Kim Jaejoong has been experiencing an explosive amount of popularity overseas, with his pre-released track ‘One Kiss’ topping the iTunes rock charts in nine countries, including Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong, on the day of its release.
His solo album ranked second on the Billboard World Album charts, and topped album sales charts in Taiwan and Japan. ‘Mine’ also topped the Korean V charts of ‘Yinyue Tai’, China’s biggest MV site, for four consecutive weeks and broke the record for the amount of weeks at the #1 spot as a male solo singer.
Meanwhile, Kim Jaejoong recently released ‘Y’, the repackage album of his first solo album, on the 26th of February. Kim Jaejoong is planning to attend a donation ceremony for UNICEF on the 5th of March as the representative of JYJ.
