Kim Junsu’s SBS ‘Scent of Women Part 2 OST - You Are So Beautiful” was released on online sites on August 5, all of which received overwhelmingly great results, topping Daum, Naver, Bugs, Cyworld, and Dosirak charts as #1. Making a surprise cameo appearance in the drama as a worldwide celebrity, Kim Junsu’s simultaneous participation in the OST has been garnering plenty of attention too.

In June, JYJ member Park Yoochun also sang the OST “This Empty Space For You” for MBC drama “Miss Ripley”, which also topped charts. In addition, last year, Park Yoochun received the “Best Newcomer Award” for his drama “SunKyunKwan Scandal”, of which JYJ sang the OST “Chajatta”, securing their popularity with overwhelming results on music charts.

Now, Kim Jaejoong is acting in SBS drama “Protect the Boss” as the character Cha Mu Won where he will also sing the main drama OST. The television production team expressed, “JYJ’s emotional singing immerses into the feelings of the drama, so it serves as a big advantage. Also, if the actor himself participates in the singing of the OST, it would affect the drama on the whole in a positive way. It’s hard to see JYJ in music programs, so it’s a pity they can’t receive the popularity they have through OST’s, but every time a song is released there is an explosive response which greatly benefits the drama. From the viewpoint of a producer, they are our lucky wildcards.”

It was recently revealed that JYJ was recording for their new music video, "Get Out." Brazilian model Jane de Aquino, who also appeared in 2PM's "Hands Up" MV, later confirmed that the group had wrapped up filming. The video was shot in the same studio where 2PM had filmed, but the set was modified for a more urban style. Viewers will be impressed to learn that the luxurious cars seen in the MV actually belong to the JYJ members.

Jane described the filming process on her blog:
The MV was recorded on Sunday, July 24th. (The filming) started at 1pm and lasted until 6pm. It was exactly the same studio where 2PM’s MV was recorded but with different set and it was incredible!
(The set reminded me of) those little streets of New York with all its signboards, clubs, dirty places, smoke and rain. Oh and of course the cars that belonged to their own members. In the scene, they appeared singing in cars and we were around.

Regarding the members, she wrote:
They also are very likeable, but I interacted little with them- they followed all the work up close when they were not watching the scene and watched everything. And they are better looking in person than in photos. Their skins look like porcelain, so cute!… They wore chic suit and black necktie, the three.

Images of Jaejoong and Junsu filming for the new music video were also revealed.

On August 3rd, SBS’s newest drama, ‘Protect the Boss‘, kicked off to a positive start by recording 12.6% in viewer ratings.

Inspired by the drama’s title, the cast was recently asked whom or what they would like to protect. As expected, each actor chose either their family or their fans.

Ji Sung said, “My father, mother, younger sister.. I want to protect my family at all times. It’s because of my family that I’m here today, and I exist because of them. I would also like to always be with my fans.”

Choi Kang Hee replied, “I think that it’s important for me to protect myself first. I have to protect myself in order to protect my family, my friends, and all my fans.”

JYJ’s Jaejoong replied, “I don’t want to lose the memories of being on stage with JYJ’s Yoochun and Junsu, as well as my family. I want to protect everyone who shows us love.”

Wang Ji Hye nodded her head while adding, “Like the others, I want to protect my family first as well as my friends, relatives, and my fans.”
