[T/N: I previously translated Max Matsuura's blog entry about a fake email about Tohoshinki was being spread around. However, today, another fake email has been spread around again, so he had to clarify it on his blog.]
An email regarding Tohoshinki has been spread around. Please take note that the irresponsible email below is completely nonsense and groundless.

As everyone already knows,
there are some people who have been causing troubles to Tohoshinki lately,
and those people who think badly of Tohoshinki
have been slandering and harassing them.
All the members have been getting a lot of damages due to that.
I, as the responsible personnel of the company,
wasn't able to stop those harassing websites early enough.
However, because of everything that is going on right now,
I have been thinking
that I should take some actions
to shut down those harmful website and mobile sites
that I mentioned above.
I believe that the fans who have been loving Tohoshinki
from the bottom of their hearts,
have been hurt a lot.
I am asking for your understanding
regarding this situation.

But what's about the fake mails?
I think it is wrong to have too much faith in one company just because you hate the other.
I don't trust any of them, they all just want to make money........which is perfectly normal.

Business is business,so its understood talent agencies r after money.It could be no different after all.
Still,Avex is a FAIR company and Max Matsuura's a friendly and caring president.When the lawsuit was first "introduced" to us,
he immedtiately submitted a blog entry to boost our morale and let us know he would continue to support Tohoshinki no matter wot.
He has even taken pics with them and Jaehoyoosumin once spoke of a time when the members had a quarrel and Max was like "oh man,wot to do?"Lol All of this undoubtely shows that hes a nice person who loves his job and cares about the ppl working for/with him.So its reasonable for us to put our trust in him!
I agree with the last comment, business is goal is money, but with a fair and human morality for example AVEX. But for SM which is only think of money are not acceptable. Why I said that because of not only DBSK's contract but maybe other artists under SME. And there are reasons that they (artists) agreed to sign with this unfair contract. First, I tried to figure it out by putting myself in their shoes. You would agree what DBSK've agreed with SME at the first contract because at those moment, they're young, not knowing widely in the music industry world and they really wanted to sing under any circumstances, no matter what they have share their love of music to the world...

Hes refering to the latest fake email that was spread across the web and he reported the exact content in his blog entry.
It goes from "as every1 already knows" up to "regarding this situation".
thank you arigatou!!! max matsuura san! he is really a friendly guy and really kind and considerate toward the fans. its true that business is all about money orientated. but its obvious when we compare avex to sme. one side constantly attack thier own artist while the onther constantly updates and ask for the fans forgivenss and also thanks the fan. promising to protect thier artist by thier best ability. -.- have sme ever thank the fans? have they ever sincerely apologize for thier mistakes and inconvenience...
max seems like a great ceo. he loves what he is doing. avex is a fair company. gotta note the difference in jpop industry and kpop industry. remember how in jpan, broadcast station never reveal anything unless it is confirm. that just shows the morale and relationship between views and station. it works like that unlikes sm who constantly n repeatively violates consumers rights.
