Three of them get to stay in a (probably) better place than what SM provides, not to mention if Avex get holds of the three and arrange everything for them. Avex is a pretty lavish company. I can't think out how they distribute the money they earn in Japan from now on, though. Obviously, three of them won't be giving their shares to SM right? It they still do, then three of them have every right to stay in the same house.

faith, November 24, 2009 10:42 PM: i really don't think too much about the fact that JSC don't take the same flight as the other 2.cuz i think SM arrange the flight for HM,so probably the 2 themselves don't really know ahead which flight they will be on,not talking about JSC (do u think that Sm will "kindly" announce that to them? lol).^^.so don't take that a big deal.
and about them living together in Japan,i think they still do.^^.cuz i think the AVEX is the one in charge of TOHOSHINKI management in japan,and even if they don't,think about it,perhaps SM can force homin to live separately with JSC, but can they force them to rehearse,to communicate or perform together when they're at work? lol i don't think so.
anyway all i want to say is...look at the bright sight minna-san,we soon gonna see them as 5 on stage together...ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH!!!!^^!

Well they don't live together in Korea anyway when they have breaks because they go visit their families and other friends. That seems to be what JaeChunSu have been doing. Also Yoochun moved out of the dorm a long time ago when he got his own house. They have always stayed together in Japan though, far as I know.

No offence to Koreans, I have nothing against Korea, I just think that being in Korea at the moment is just making them sad. Being in Japan instead will at least take their minds off the whole legal dispute drama, not to mention, they will be together again. I don't think they will be able to live together again even in Japan given what SM had done to them so at least, having activities together, the boys will have time to spent together and atleast have fun and smile again, together. We all know Tohoshinki is one of Avex acts and if we were to be precise,Tohoshinki's label is Japan in Rhythm Zone,which is one of Avex many sub-label.Its clear SM ent. has nothing to do with the management of Tohoshinki's japanese activities.The only thing is SM Japan co-publishes Avex Trax releases.They share a sort of joint-venture when it comes to music licensing.

im starting to feel some of these anonymous are not truly dbsk fans but just circulating more rumors n trouble for us to worry about. first of all how the heck do they know jaechunsu n homin will live separately. i hugely doubt that. jpan is off limits to sme. avex is vert supportative of all the boys they wouldnt allow that to happend. sme threatenin avex to separate tem is also out of the questions since avex have more control n power over sm. they own 50% of sme. plus the jpan industry does not work like that. its would cause a huge stir in bigeast n jpop fans.

please lets all think positive. jaechunsuhomin are all coming to jpan and they will sing live with many jpop artist. they are attending many award festival. but most importantly we will see tem together again n they will see each other again. bless thier souls
