About TVXQ
Our Tohoshinki members, JEJUNG, YUCHON, and JUNSU have been confronting with SM Entertainment Co.Ltd (headquarters: Seoul, Korea), to apply provisional disposition to stop the exclusive contract effect to Korean court. Regarding this matter, the members have said, “This is a temporary injunction application, do not make any assumptions that TVXQ will be disbanded.”
In return, SM Entertainment Co.Ltd also stated, “TVXQ is not a thing such as individual or an enterprise, it’s a group that represents the country as well as Asia. We think TVXQ’s activities should continue.”
From each side statement, it’s clear that both parties do not desire for the disbandment of TVXQ.
Meanwhile, since our company is coordinating with SM Entertainment in planning the future activities of TVXQ in Japan, “Basically we’re the (three) members legal office for activities in Japan.”
However, we have to apologize for everyone’s uneasiness and inconvenience, as we also feel the same way. We will work hard to support TVXQ in Japan, watching the warm future of TVXQ. Thank you.

Avex is Finally making Their Move, They just can't release detailed statements fast (problems may occur. as past statements can be used against them in the future)SM say bye bye. Avex is your biggest stock holders, and it looks like Avex has still Big plans for Tohoshinki.

finally im allowing myself to be a bit optimistic. looks like avex no way wants tvxq to disband.. "We will work hard to support TVXQ in Japan, watching the warm future of TVXQ." im beginning to like avex. maybe if sme is giving them too much problems they can just stay in japann. hehe

i starts to like avex...they also have reall famous artists like ayumi hamasaki. i think the korean industry is a little harder. sm is worst.
I don't mind if DBSK stay in japan if 5 of them are together.
Of course Avex wants THSK to stay together they bring them in big bucks and so more the reason to support them also
I've got nothing against the Korean Entertaiment Industry, I love it and its artist actually, but if Japan is a better place for the boys then just work in Japan ... that won't stop them from being able to do tours in Korea right? so Cassies can still see them, even if they are under a foreign management or
maybe I'm just talking a lot of crap but whatever is best for them should make all of their fans happy

the way I see this statement, Avex is trying to say to the boys that regardless what happens or going to happen in Korea, Avex always support TVXQ. Saying like "we represents the members legally in Japan" sounds like an ultimatum to SM not to dictate how Avex should treat TVXQ. Glad to know that the boys have a full support from a influential and powerful company like AVEX.
